It is hereby advised that, according to the recent decision that the Party Leadership Group of the Ministry of Civil Affairs has made, Mr. Zhang Shifeng was transferred to be the deputy director-general of the China Centre of Adoption Affairs (CCAA) and took charge of the general practices of the CCAA; the former director-general of the CCAA, Mr. Lu Ying, was transferred to hold a post in the Department of Social Welfare and Charitable Corporation Advocacy at the Ministry of Civil Affairs.
