To ensure the safety of travelling by car for the abandoned and disabled children in orphanages, China Centre of Adoption Affairs recently collaborated with Chinese Children Adoption International to initiate the Safe Journey Project, purchasing 500 security seats as the gifts for the Children’s Day to children in welfare institutes.
