The Successful Conclusion of "Reconstruction Campaign after Snowstorm¡± in 2008
"Reconstruction Campaign after Snowstorm" operated by China Center Adoption Affairs in 2008 has come to a conclusion this very day. The activity collected 84,000 U.S. dollars in total (equivalent to 590,000 RMB), among which 28,500 U.S. dollars (equivalent to 200,000RMB) of donation has been cleared. At present, some of the contributions have been allocated to those affected welfare institutes for reconstructions (detailed feedback will come soon). Hereby, we¡¯d like to give our sincere gratitude to all the adoption agencies and adoptive families for your help and support on behalf of the abandoned and disabled children in the affected areas, and hope that all of us, as always, would give attention and support to other projects launched by CCAA as well.
