Relevant officials from the Department of Civil Affairs in Hubei and Hunan were also present at the training course.

In the meeting, Director Lu Ying pointed that staff members in institutions should change their working concept, make creations and breakthroughs in the new fields, and study harder to meet the requirement on skills and knowledge for inter-country adoption in the new era. It was suggested that modern technologies be learned and the online operation system used so as to make their utmost effort to place orphaned and handicapped children with families.
