The ¡°Tomorrow Plan¡± is a philanthropic endeavor intended to benefit orphans and handicapped children. Since its inception, it has received energetic support from all kinds of foreign charitable organizations, and altogether sixty-nine foreign adoption organizations and foreign adopters have reached out the hand of aid to China¡¯s handicapped orphans. We have sincere gratitude for the concern and support of all the friends of the ¡°Tomorrow Plan!¡± Thus far, the China Center of Adoption Affairs¡¯ donation account of donated funds has totaled 754,000 US dollars, or 90,500 euros.

Currently, domestic and international donations have successfully funded the following main programs: Chinese Children Charities¡¯ Medical Mission to Qinghai, which treated fifty-three children with cleft lip and palate; Love Without Boundaries, which funded surgery for eight children with congenital heart disease in Shantou and Hainan; Holt International Children¡¯s Services¡¯ fund to provide surgery for seventeen children with cleft lip and palate in Liuzhou, Guangxi; Holland Children and Future, who funded surgery for twenty children in Guangxi; and America¡¯s Gladney Foundation for surgery for orphans in Haerbin, Kunshan, and Tianjin Children¡¯s Welfare Institutes, etc. Hong Kong¡¯s ¡°Shining Tomorrow¡± OSJ Fund¡¯s Ms. Feng Danli donated a medical vehicle to the ¡°Tomorrow Plan,¡± enabling one hundred orphans with poor vision to receive rehabilitation treatment. Additionally, currently there are several donation programs yet in progress.

With regard to transfer of payment and distribution of domestic and internationally donated funds, we strictly adhere to the People¡¯s Republic of China¡¯s Donation Law, which sufficiently respects the donors¡¯ wishes. For a specific donation objective, we promptly arrange the relevant donation matters and distribute the donated funds. For non-specific donation objectives, we arrange the donated funds together as a whole and consolidate the allocation and distribution. The ¡°Tomorrow Plan¡± office gathers circumstances surrounding the distribution of donated funds and responds to the donors.
