Since its inception in May 2004, with energetic support from all circles of society and hard work from all levels of civil administration offices, the “Tomorrow Plan” has been running well in all aspects of work.

From May 2004 to May 2005, the entire nation has allocated funds totaling 115 million Renminbi (of this, civil administration offices allocated 67,077,700 yuan in public welfare funds, individual provincial civil administration offices allocated 44,392,300 yuan in public welfare funds, and members of society donated 3,350,000 yuan) and a total of 9,035 handicapped orphans have received surgery and rehabilitation treatment.

In order to ensure the effects of surgery, we have implemented a strict system of auditing and evaluation that requires account settlement forms documenting each orphan or handicapped child’s surgery and rehabilitation to be reported in full to the “Tomorrow Plan” office, which are effectively evaluated and audited by the office organization. Based on this foundation, in September 2005, the organization initiated a national “Tomorrow Plan” surgical account settlement announcement to give opinions and feedback on auditing to each province’s “Tomorrow Plan” administrative department.
