(1) Three to four weeks prior to arrival, the adoption organization should submit a fax to the CCAA’s office liaison that indicates the date of the intended visit, the visiting employees, the purpose of the visit, an outline of questions to be discussed, and the contact person and method. Further, a phone call should be made to confirm receipt of the fax by the CCAA office liaison staff.

(2) The office liaison staff, in general, will confirm by phone the date of the visit with the contact person one to two weeks in advance.

(3) One day prior to the visit, the contact person should telephone the office liaison staff for final confirmation of the time of the visit.
