In order to help social welfare institutions improve their nurture conditions, promote life quality of orphans and handicapped children and facilitate healthy development of these children, China Center of Adoption Affairs will carry on the staff training program and improvement of fundamental facilities in welfare institutions, while at the same time carry out the ¡°love project¡± including the setting-up of diagnostication fund and schooling fund for the special needs children. We hope for the active participation of adoption agencies and adoptive families both home and abroad who are willing to help the orphans and handicapped children. You can join us by selecting a project to donate from the programs set out by CCAA or propose other projects in the area of child caring to cooperate with us. We will, according to the different situation of social welfare institutions, make good use of the donations and give feedback to the donors after the project.
